KIEV, Aug. 13 – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius during their meeting discussed the escalation of hostilities in Donbas and prospects for bilateral cooperation.
Poroshenko thanked Linkevicius for constant active support to Ukraine in the protection of sovereignty and territorial integrity, provision of humanitarian assistance to refugees from Donbas, recreation of children and rehabilitation of wounded separatist fighters, the Ukrainian president's press service reported. "Lithuania is our old and sincere friend and reliable partner," Poroshenko said.
