KIEV, Jan. 31 ??“ Eurocar, a Ukrainian manufacturer of Volkswagen cars, plans to tap foreign markets with an initial public offering later this year, a company official said Tuesday.

Oleh Boyaryn, Eurocar supervisory council chairman, said the company may sell as much as 10% of the company??™s shares on the foreign stock market.
