KIEV, Aug. 6 – The European Business Association has called on the Ukrainian authorities to put an end to illegal operations on the grain market, specifically to stop companies buying grain with cash in foreign currency.

Since the beginning of the marketing year in July 2015, the entire grain purchase, processing and export system has been under threat due to illegal purchases of newly harvested grain, which is of a systemic and large-scale character, the EBA said in a statement.
