KIEV, Aug. 6 - ExxonMobil announced on Thursday it has decided to shut down its office in Kiev, which has been supervising the company’s exploration and production activity in Ukraine.

ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Ukraine B.V., which has been primarily focused on extraction projects offshore the Black Sea in Crimea, will be closed, according to a statement published by the company in Holos Ukrayiny, Parliament’s official newspaper.
