KIEV, Aug. 6 – Acting "in the spirit of good faith and transparency," the Finance Ministry says it has agreed to reschedule a meeting with creditors planned for Thursday upon the request of the ad hoc creditors' committee.

A new meeting is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday next week to give the committee more time to prepare an improved and revised proposal on debt restructuring.
