KIEV, Aug. 3 - An explosion occurred near a VTB Bank office in Solomiansky district in Kiev in the early hours of Monday. A terrorism case has been opened.

"Unknown individuals used an explosive device to destroy a flowerbed at the entrance of the bank in Solomiansky district last night," the press service for the UInterior Ministry's Main Department in Kiev reported.

According to the Kiev police, the law enforcement agencies are working on determining the perpetrators of the crime.
