KIEV, July 30 – The criteria for defining goodwill in banking operations and measures of the loss of goodwill introduced by the National Bank of Ukraine are not in line with international requirements and Ukrainian law, the Ukrainian Credit-Banking Union (UCBU) said.
"The criteria for the absence of the impeccable goodwill introduced by the NBU are anti-constitutional; they are not in line with the Criminal Code and labor laws of Ukraine. The UCBU expects that the Justice Ministry will properly assess NBU decree No. 357 and the NBU would bring its requirements in line with Ukrainian law," the association said.
