KIEV, July 27 – Ukraine does not receive enough financial aid from Western countries, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
"We are grateful for the existing level of support but it is necessary to admit that we are awfully underfinanced," Yatseniuk said during a board meeting of the Finance Ministry in Kiev on Monday.
According to the prime minister, the problems of Greece are "nothing compared to the issues of Ukraine." Greece received EUR 380 billion, while Ukraine received EUR 17.5 billion from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and $7.5 billion from other donors, he said.
