KIEV, July 22 – UkrNafta shareholders voted Wednesday to appoint Mark Rollins as the new chairman of Ukraine’s largest oil company, ending years of shareholder dispute between the government and billionaire Ihor Kolomoyskiy.
The vote is a victory for the government, which has been unsuccessfully trying for years to replace Peter Vanhecke, as the chairman of the management board and who is believed to be loyal to Kolomoyskiy.
