KIEV, July 17 – American partners are mulling the financing of long-time programs at low rates via U.S. Eximbank to buy modern foreign machinery for the needs of Ukrainian agriculture, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
"Our U.S. partners are discussing the financing of programs to buy modern high-quality machinery for a long period of time at very low credit rates for the needs of Ukrainian agriculture via U.S. Eximbank. Now the procedure is being worked out and I hope that our agriculture will be able to receive cheap and long credits to buy high-quality foreign machinery," he said in the parliament on Friday.
Yatseniuk said that agriculture is one of the key issues of cooperation with the United States.
