KIEV, July 17 – ArcelorMittal, the world’s steel major, will seek to acquire coking coal producing assets in Ukraine and will help to reduce imports of the commodity, President Petro Poroshenko said Friday.

Poroshenko met Lakshmi Mittal, the chairman and CEO of ArcelorMittal, while touring the company’s steel making facility in Kryvyy Rih, the Dniporopetrovsk region.
