KIEV, July 16 – The Russian authorities won't manage to blame the failure of the Minsk agreements on Ukraine, and Russia will have to implement them as a result, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
"Russia's play is to blame Ukraine for the failure of the Minsk agreements. But it has no chance [of succeeding]," Yatseniuk said on Wednesday at the Ukrainian forum organized by Chatham House during his visit to London.
