MOSCOW, July 10 - Russia has not yet received official notification from Ukraine on plans to sever a contract on building power units 3 and 4 of the Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant, the Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom said in a statement on Thursday.

The corporation says it was surprised to hear "a number of statements in Ukrainian media outlets regarding status of two Russian-Ukrainian projects and prospects of their implementation."
