DONETSK, July 6 – Monitors of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe say that not only did they not see any militants of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) during a trip to the village of Shyrokyne, they didn't see anybody else either.
OSCE representatives did not observe any signs of DPR forces' presence during a visit to Shyrokyne, OSCE Special Monitoring Mission Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug told reporters.
All fortifications, checkpoints and private houses are deserted, he said.
