KIEV, June 30 - An efficient solution to the gas issue with Russia must be trilateral, binding, and reflective of provisional agreements over all debatable aspects, at least before the end of the first quarter of 2016, according to Naftogaz Ukrayiny.

"The decision that will allow [the company] to ensure the reliability of Russian gas supplies to Ukraine and the EU until the completion of legal proceedings between the parties in Stockholm, and should fix provisional agreements on all the key issues on which the sides have differences," reads a statement issued by Naftogaz.
