KIEV, June 26 – The Economic Development and Trade Ministry has sent an official letter to the top managers of the PayPal international payment system with an invitation to enter the Ukrainian market, the ministry said on its website.

Previously, the ministry with the support of the IT business community in Ukraine formed a working group which also consists of representatives of the National Bank of Ukraine and businesses, in particular, the consulting companies Baker&McKenzie and Deloitte.
