KIEV, Jan. 26 ??“ RosUkrEnergo, a Swiss-based natural gas trader that is supposed to supply about a half of Ukraine??™s annual gas needs, failed to provide information about its true owners, officials said Thursday.

The lack of the information does not allow the Anti-Monopoly Committee to give a green light for creation of a gas distribution joint venture between RosUkrEnergo and Naftogaz Ukrayiny.
