KIEV, June 16 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has announced a tender to buy exploration works, the state holding reported.

The tender is divided into 10 lots, which include the laboratory petrophysical, geochemical, electrometric and acoustic exploration of well cores and fields, the assessment of oil and gas fields prospects, designing digital boring logs, and designing methods for geological and economic appraisal of alternative sources of fossil fuel (shale gas), etc.

The bids can be submitted by July 16, 2015. The works are to be carried out by December 31, 2016. The expected cost of the works is UAH 35.3 million.
