KIEV, June 15 – Representatives of five trade union organizations have presented the Ukrainian government with an ultimatum, demanding that prices of natural gas for the population be halved by "selling low-priced Ukrainian-made gas to households."

The trade unions also insist that a program for the creation of jobs in every sector of economy and the fight against unemployment, including among the youth, be elaborated and made public.
