KIEV, June 9 – Ukraine's Ministry of Health will avoid paying for Russian medicines, vaccines in particular, through public procurement, Health Minister Alexander Kvitashvili told reporters.
"Russian vaccines won't be allowed for imports to Ukraine. For example, BCG vaccine is Polish. In future we will try to prevent Russian vaccines' entering the Ukrainian market, especially BCG," he said.
He also noted that Ukraine would shift to medicine purchases for budgetary funds in other countries.
