KIEV, June 8 – Inflation in Ukraine slowed to 2.2% in May from 14% in April, 10.8% in March, 5.3% in February and 3.1% in January, the State Statistics Service said.

According to its data, in annual terms - compared to the same month last year – inflation slowed for the first time in many months - to 58.4% from 60.9% in April, but this is still significantly higher than 45.8% in March and 24.9% last year.
