VIENNA, June 4 – Agreement has been reached for Ukraine to pump at least 19 bcm of gas into underground storage facilities for the next winter, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.

He said the agreement was reached on Tuesday at a meeting of experts from Ukraine, Russia and the European Commission in Brussels.
