KIEV, June 2 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has lowered its long-term corporate credit rating on Ukrainian iron ore producer Ferrexpo PLC to 'CCC' from 'CCC+.'

"We placed the rating on CreditWatch with negative implications. We also lowered the long-term issue rating on Ferrexpo's senior unsecured notes due 2019 to 'CCC' from 'CCC+', and placed the rating on CreditWatch with negative implications," reads the report.
