KURAKHOVE (DONETSK REGION), May 28 – Russia has not lifted its ban on exports of anthracite coal to Ukraine, DTEK Energy CEO Vsevolod Starukhin said.

"Russia from November banned exports of anthracite coal to Ukraine and has not lifted this ban. The measure is aimed at promoting coal purchases from Donbas," he told reporters in Kurakhove (Donetsk region).
