KIEV, May 22 – The first tranche of the European Union's third Macro-Financial Assistance (MFA) program may arrive in Ukraine in June, the National Bank of Ukraine announced on its website.
"The funds of the third MFA package will be arriving in three tranches: two worth EUR 600 million each in 2015 and one worth EUR 600 million in 2016. Our country may get the first tranche in the second half of June 2015 after the Verkhovna Rada ratifies the loan agreement and the IMF's Executive Board approves the results of the first review of the Extended Fund Facility program," the NBU said.
