MOSCOW, Jan. 23 ??“ Ukraine and Turkmenistan discussed building new natural gas pipeline routes between the two as well as signing a long-term gas supply agreements, the government said Monday.

Energy and Fuel Minister Ivan Plachkov met Turkmeni President Separmurat Niyazov in Moscow on Sunday to discuss the projects, the ministry said.
