KIEV, May 5 – Gaz Ukrayiny, the subsidiary of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrayiny, announced it has filed a claim regarding losses in the amount of UAH 5.7 billion by enterprises of Ostchem Group.

The company said that the sum consists of a debt for gas supplied by Gaz Ukrainy to Ostchem's enterprises in 2010-2011 and revenues that the company has not received. Rivneazot owes UAH 1 billion of the debt and UAH 700 million of non-received revenues, Cherkasy Azot – UAH 500 million and UAH 400 million respectively, Stirol Concern (Horlivka, Donetsk region) – UAH 1 billion and UAH 700 million and Severodonetsk Azot – UAH 800 million and UAH 600 million.
