KIEV, Jan. 20 ??“ The Supreme Court ruled on Friday to support a previous court ruling canceling privatization of a majority stake in the country??™s largest ferroalloy company Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant, the court said in a statement.

The ruling means that 50%-plus-one-share stake in NFP will be shortly returned to the state and the government will probably sell it to investors at an open auction this year, analysts said.
