KIEV, April 24 – The Ukrainian government has made the procedure for employing foreigners clearer and more transparent, Tetiana Lezhukh, senior partner of Lezhukh, Siamina and Partners law firm, said.

"I can say that the new requirements positively influenced the employment of foreigners in Ukraine, the process has become more transparent and clear in algorithm and terms," she told Interfax-Ukraine, when commenting on cabinet resolution No. 42 of January 28, 2015.

She said that among the positive aspects of the new rules is the cancellation of the fee for issuing a permit to employ foreigners and stateless persons.
