KIEV, Jan. 19 ??“ Diesel fuel from three out of Ukraine's six oil refineries does not meet national and European quality standards on sulfur content, Environmental Protection Minister Pavlo Ihnatenko said.

Since Jan. 1 a regulation foreseeing sulfur content of less than 0.5% in diesel fuel has been in force, but only products from Lysychansk, Odessa and Kremenchuk oil refineries meet this standard, he said.
