KIEV, April 7 – The budget financing of the occupied areas in Donbas will be resumed after the Ukrainian authorities regain full control there, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said.

"As long as the areas are occupied by Russia their budget financing is impossible, as Ukraine will not finance occupants and terrorists who wage war against their own people," Turchynov said.
