KIEV, April 6 – A so-called 'credit-and-fine' system will be introduced as a part of the reformation of the State Road Police of Ukraine, while fines will be unified and their size lowered.

Presenting the initiatives as a part of the reformation of the Interior Ministry at an offsite cabinet meeting in the National Academy of Internal Affairs in Kiev on Saturday, First Deputy Interior Minister Eka Zguladze said that it is proposed that the hybrid approach in the credit and fine system is used.
