KIEV, April 3 – The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has begun an investigation into a terror attack near JSC Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia's offices in Kiev which took place in the early hours of Thursday morning.
"On April 2, 2015, the investigators of the SBU's main department in Kiev and Kiev region registered crimes related to an explosion in Sviatoshynsky district, and planting an explosive device in Shevchenkivsky district in Kiev, with the national register of pre-trial investigations. The crimes are classified as acts of terror under Part 1 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code," the SBU said on Friday.
