LONDON, Jan. 18 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term corporate credit ratings on Ukraine-based mobile telecommunications operator CJSC Kyivstar GSM (Kyivstar) to 'BB-' from 'B+', according to a S&P press release.

The outlook on the rating is stable.
