KIEV, April 2 – The Ukrainian government's comprehensive plan of reform should be implemented as soon as possible as Ukraine has little time, Prime Minister Yatseniuk said.
"The government has developed a comprehensive plan of reform. But we've got no time. It is our obligation, [it's] a responsibility of ours and of the so-called Ukrainian political elite – to facilitate the process and make these painful and tough reforms to pave the way towards the future of Ukraine, which I see as a successful, powerful European state," Yatseniuk said at The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) foundation in Berlin on Wednesday, the Ukrainian government's press service has reported.
