Russia didn't defeat Nazi Germany all by itself, Yatseniuk says
Journal Staff Report

KIEV, April 1 - Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said that Russia has no right to take all the credit for defeating Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War, known as World War II in the west.

"Russia, which is now trying to revise history, saying that Russia would have won the Great Patriotic War without Ukraine, has no right to take all the credit for the joint fight against Nazi Germany," Yatseniuk said during a government meeting in Kiev on Tuesday.
