KIEV, March 27 - The fourth wave of partial mobilization in Ukraine is 76% complete in terms of conscription and 50% complete in terms of vehicle acquisition, acting spokesman for the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff Vladyslav Selezniov said.

"The fourth wave of partial mobilization is ongoing pursuant to the January 14 decree of the president. More than 76% of the reserve servicemen subject to mobilization in the special period have been mobilized by now," he said at a press briefing in Kiev on Friday.
