KIEV, March 25 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny is to call an open tender to hire top Ukrnafta managers, Naftogaz Executive Director Andriy Pasishnyk said.

"After the signing of law No. 2273 (endorsing the reduction of the quorum for holding shareholders' meetings from 60% to 50% plus one share), we'll call an open tender to hire Ukrnafta's top management and the selection process will take place in the presence of journalists and lawmakers," he wrote on Facebook on Tuesday evening.

Earlier, Naftogaz posted an announcement on some job search websites that PJSC Ukrtransnafta has several top management job openings, including that of the Chief Executive Officer.
