BRUSSELS, March 25 – Kiev expects not the cancellation of visas by the European Union countries at the upcoming Eastern Partnership summit in Riga, but a positive assessment of Ukraine's progress in this area, Ambassador of Ukraine to the European Union Kostiantyn Yeliseyev has said.
"Our immediate goal is for the European Commission to publish a positive decision on granting visa-free travel to Ukraine by the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga scheduled for May 21-22," Yeliseyev said in a comment published on Tuesday.
