KIEV, Jan. 17 - Ukrainian industrial output may increase 9.5% this year, compared with 3.1% last year, as domestic demand will increase, the Economy Ministry reported Tuesday.

Ukraine's economy may expand 7% in all of 2006, if the country joins the World Trade Organization, the ministry said.
