KIEV, March 23 – Ukraine plans to issue a new tranche of eurobonds worth $1 billion against U.S. guarantees in April or May, the Ukrainian Finance Ministry reported.
Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko said that the issue of securities would be handled within the framework of bilateral and multilateral international financial support, unlocked after the International Monetary Fund on March 11 approved the new four-year Extended Fund Facility program for Ukraine.
