KIEV, March 16 - President Petro Poroshenko argued that a good climate is being created in Ukraine for rebuilding confidence in the country's banking system.

The effective dialog of the National Bank of Ukraine and the government, the International Monetary Fund's approval of a $17.5 billion loan as part of a $40 billion assistance package have been an important factor in this, Poroshenko told the 1+1 television channel on Friday.
