DONETSK, March 13 - The Zasiadko mine, where 34 miners were killed in an explosion last week, and Starobesheve thermal power plant (TPP) are becoming property of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.

"The [Zasiadko] mine became property of the DPR," the information agency Novorossia quoted DPR leader Oleksandr Zakharchenko as saying on Friday.

Zakharchenko said the explosion in the mine did not look like a regular accident.
