KIEV, March 13 – OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) observers have visited Donetsk airport, which was captured by militants in January, and have reported that captives are being used to clear debris and to search and recover the bodies of deceased soldiers.
"The SMM, together with representatives of the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), conducted a follow-up visit to Donetsk airport. Upon arrival, the SMM observed 'Donetsk People's Republic' ['DPR'] 'emergency services' personnel together with captives recovering the bodies of deceased Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers.
