MOSCOW, March 10 – The Zasiadko mine in Donetsk, where an explosion recently occurred, is not working now and it can only resume operations after a technical commission conducts an investigation, Alexander Sin, the head of the department of militarized mine rescue units of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, said.
"The coal mine is currently not working. Only people who work on the mine's infrastructure and members mine rescue brigades are there," Sin told a press conference on Tuesday.
