KIEV, March 6 – Ukraine's largest private energy company DTEK is preparing lawsuits to be sent to international courts against the decision of the National Commission of Ukraine for Energy and Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) on reducing feed-in tariffs by 50%, DTEK Director General Maksym Tymchenko said.
"We are now preparing for the issue of claims to international courts together with our clients, namely banks, export-import agencies that provided finances for this project," he said to journalists during the Adam Smith Global Forum in Kiev.
