KIEV, Feb. 27 - The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) believes issues relating to the supply of weapons to Ukraine and military-technical cooperation during military action on the territory of the country should be a less public topic to prevent the signing of contracts from being disrupted because of third parties' interference.
"Very many people and information resources are now involved in issues relating to the supply of weapons. I will submit a proposal that issues relating to military-technical cooperation during military action on the territory of the country should be a less public topic," Oleh Hladkovsky, first deputy secretary of the NSDC, told a briefing in Kiev on Friday.
