KIEV, Feb. 26 - The only condition which was discussed by Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund mission on providing the country with a new loan under the EFF program was Kiev's fulfillment of a number of prior actions before a meeting of the IMF Board of Directors, the Ministry of Finance reported.

"The list of these prior actions is clear and has been agreed with the IMF technical mission. Other factors have not been discussed," reads a fund report, issued in connection with media reports on the possibility of the IMF refusing to provide aid to Ukraine if the conflict in Donbas escalates.
