KIEV, Feb. 19 - Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko and European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Johannes Hahn are to discuss ratification of an association agreement between Kiev and the European Union.

"The European commissioner and I will discuss the ratification of the EU-Ukraine association agreement by the EU member states and we will coordinate matters to expedite this process," Poroshenko told reporters before his talks with Hahn.
