KIEV, Jan. 13 - Ukrainian industrial output slowed to 3.1% in all of 2005, compared with 12.5% a year ago, the State Statistics Committee reported on its web site Friday.

Ukrainian industrial output declined 1.2% in December from the previous month, the committee reported.
